A love of sunshine and salty air drew Dawn to Florida from Wisconsin, after being a life-long resident in the Midwest. Dawn earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications & Marketing from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota. She began her career working in advertising where serendipity led her to sales, stemming from her passion and enthusiasm for helping others. Her outstanding work ethic combined with that passion for helping has resulted in an award-winning career with Clear Channel Media/iHeartMedia and successfully running her own website and SEO business, New Sky. Along with being a Realtor®, Dawn has purchased, renovated, and sold several homes for the past 20 years – sometimes taking them down to the studs. This girl is not afraid to swing a hammer! She is down to earth, honest, and only willing to operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.

Dawn has earned the distinguished Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and is a licensed Realtor® and member of Bonita Springs-Estero Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Dawn specializes in the Bonita Springs, Estero, Naples and Fort Myers real estate markets, and has extensive experience working with developers and new construction.
During her free time, Dawn enjoys playing tennis, pickleball, boating, kayaking, and spending quality time with friends and family. Over the years, she has been active at church helping with the Children’s Ministry and First Impressions team. Dawn also supports charitable organizations such as the Immokalee Fair Housing Alliance, Domain Foundation, YoungLife, World Vision, and Summit Church.
